Its interesting to see so many commons on the list. Especially ones from recent sets. The two on there that made me wonder where the Armament Master and Kabira Evangel since one lacks the support now to be good, the other is flat out trrbl.

Rather than wondering why certain cards are on the list, I question the source. :/

This.
I saw valakut, and i assumed that this may have been a 'biggest risers' list, and its rank may have been due to extended, but i called BS on number two.
although there is some merit to making a list of the most expensive commonly used cards and/or the most popular decks in mtgo t8's , in each format and keeping the list in each format's subforum - i'd be happy to do that, if only people would be interested in having that up.

Isn't this just a bot, or at least a person doing basically a bots job?

it's too relevant to be a bot (or so i think), but the posts lack too much content to be a person.

Not a bot actually and wanna share with you guys a new top ten list here,
#1 Urge to Feed
#2 Raging Ravine
#3 Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet
#4 Kabira Evangel
#5 Kalastria Highborn
#6 Hada Freeblade
#7 Vampire Nighthawk
#8 Jace, the Mind Sculptor
#9 Lavaclaw Reaches
#10 Harabaz Druid
The Urge to Feed suddenly becomes a very demanding card and the Raging Ravine is still very outstanding among the rare cards.
See if you have any new idea with your deck?

Ok, a person with a bots IQ.
What is your source? Jace can't be lower than friggin' Kalitas.

i think his source might not be the most expensive cards, but the ones which sell the most copeis (i.e., UtF is an uncommon and therefore much cheaper than jace, therefore more people will buy it.). apparently, people are buying stuff for vampies (albeit bad cards) and allies). except for raging ravine, this just looks like an indicator of decks that will be popular with scrubs after worldwake is released.

Hey Guys, thx for the replies~ Bot is clever LOL.
The source is based on the actual sales from our channels (local+overseas). Tbshawk, you are right, Jace is about $49 bucks and Kalitas is much much cheaper, so Kalitas is ranked higher in the list.
And the raging ravine probably we would see them in the games soon...btw i got 2 of them from the pre-release

One thing I will never do is click your sig...
That being said, if Jace was a common, do you think it would outsell the cards you listed? Umm, yeah...
The moral of the story is, don't be a bothead...

If Jace was a common it would neither sell for as much nor would more people buy it.

more people would buy it. Everyone who is buying it now would buy it but then you would also have people who want it but don't feel like spending over $10 on a single card who would pick it up because it would probably be a $2 or $3 common. Granted a card like jace would never be printed at common, but I would like them to occasionally break their Planeswalkers are Mythic requirement.
And as for his sig. I had actually heard of mtgmint card before, and while I really don't buy singles online much it was a place that I considered using once or twice. This is only makeing me less likely to use the site. If you want to drum up business here for your site, okay fine. But at least do it while being a real member of the community.
