Thoughtwave Marker :4mana::symu:
Creature - Human Wizard
:2mana::symu:, discard a card: Draw a card. Until end of turn, if a spell or ability would cause you to draw a card, instead draw that many cards plus one

RE: Library Marker
this doesn't stack by the way in case you thought it did. It creates a replacement effect, and the active player just chooses which replacement effect to use.

RE: Library Marker
Yes, it does stack actually. When two or more replacement effects try to replace the same event, the affected player doesn't choose which one applies - they choose which order they apply in. The first one applies, then if the second one can still apply, it does. So yeah, it does stack. Play the ability twice, then play a spell that lets you draw a card. The first replacement effect will apply, then the second one will still apply, since you're still drawing cards.

RE: Thoughtwave Marker
Yup. Compare it to having two Furnace of Rath in play (which will result in damage being quadrupled).

RE: Thoughtwave Marker
In that case, the first replacement effect replaces drawing a card. Which means there is no longer an event for the second effect to replace, so it doesn't apply.
